1. Payment Terms: 

a. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required upon booking confirmation to secure the date and     services. 

b. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. 

c. Payment can be made via ETF direct deposit 

2. Cancellation Policy: 

a. If the client cancels the event 14 days prior to the agreed-upon date, the deposit will not be refunded. 

b. If the client cancels the event within 2 days of the agreed-upon date, the full balance is still due and non-refundable.

3. Event Details and Changes: 

a. The client must provide accurate event details, including the event date, start and end times, venue address, and any specific requirements, at the time of booking. 

b. Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing and confirmed by both parties. 

c. The client agrees to obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions required for the mobile bar to operate at the event venue.

4. Liability and Damages: 

a. The mobile bar business holds no liability for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event, unless directly caused by the negligence of our staff or equipment. 

b. The client assumes responsibility for the behaviour of their guests and agrees to indemnify and hold the mobile bar business harmless for any damages caused to the mobile bar or its equipment.

5. Insurance:

a. The mobile bar business carries liability insurance, but it is recommended that the client obtains their own event liability insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

6. Force Majeure: 

a. The mobile bar business shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of nature, fire, flood, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. 

b. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
